UKIPO rejects Boehringer’s SPC for horse inhaler

Office declined application, citing earlier authorisations for inhalers designed for people  containing the same ingredient  | Boehringer argued that ciclesonide was a ‘new active substance’ not previously authorised for a veterinary product in the EU.
