At an event attended by patent experts and judges from Europe, the US and China, delegates gathered in the innovation hub of Manchester, UK, to debate the theme of sustainability "in its broadest sense". Sarah Speight was there to hear ideas spanning the commercialisation of clean tech, to ensuring the patent profession’s resilience in a time of colossal change.
