Roche sues Mylan over Herceptin biosimilar

Roche’s Indian subsidiary has sued Mylan and Bangalore-based pharmaceutical company Biocon at the Delhi High Court, for launching a biosimilar of its breast cancer drug Herceptin (trastuzumab).
