PTAB rejects Vimovo IPR trial

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has rejected the Coalition for Affordable Drugs' attempt to invalidate a patent covering Pozen’s Vimovo (naproxen and esomeprazole magnesium) drug.
