Melissa Brand

Melissa Brand is executive director, corporate counsel and head of IP at Radius Health. She is responsible for biopharmaceutical IP matters including litigation, post-grant proceedings in the US and Europe, and global patent portfolio development.

She works with business and corporate teams on transactions, governance, and risk management/

Prior to joining Radius Health, she held roles in IP policy at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization and practiced IP litigation at firms including Latham & Watkins and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati.
