Karen Martin

Karen Martin is senior vice president and chief IP counsel at Ipsen. She is based in both Massachusetts and Paris.

Prior to joining Ipsen, Martin served as vice president and head of legal and IP at Kymera Therapeutics. She also held leadership roles at Takeda and Shire, where she played a key role in IP strategy, including during Takeda’s acquisition of Shire.

Earlier in her career, Karen spent nearly a decade at Wolf Greenfield, where she progressed from technology specialist to associate.
