James Evans

James Evans is senior director and assistant general counsel for Global Patent Litigation at Regeneron.

He has represented major pharmaceutical companies through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, inter partes review strategy, fact and expert discovery, and trial.

Before joining Regeneron, he was counsel at King & Spalding and previously served as IP counsel at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider, where his practice focused on complex life sciences patent disputes. Earlier, as an associate at Paul Hastings, he worked extensively on ANDA and biologics litigation, as well as post-grant proceedings.
