Indivior obtains court order to block generic Suboxone
Addiction treatment drug producer Indivior has obtained a temporary restraining order against Indian generic maker Dr Reddy’s, blocking the company from launching a generic version of Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) Film.

22 November 2018 The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit vacated a preliminary injunction against India-based Dr Reddy’s earlier this week, in a blow for addiction treatment drug producer Indivior.
26 March 2018 UK-based Indivior has pledged to appeal a US court decision that found a drug developed by generics maker Alvogen doesn’t infringe three of Indivior’s patents.
